The Wyatt Condominium Suites is the newest addition to the award-winning Regent Park Community Revitalization project located on 69 acres in east downtown Toronto near Dundas Street East and Sumach Street by The Daniels Corporation. This community once completed will have about 12,500 residents in 5,115 units. The Wyatt Condos suites will start from the low $200,000's and will consist of studios to three-bedroom designs.

The revitalization project will take about 10 to 15 years to complete and will cost about $1 billion. Once completed, there will be mix of affordable housing along with market condominiums, retail and community space for residents to enjoy.
The Wyatt Condominiums is located near many schools such as the York University Regent Park Site, George Brown College, Ryerson University, the Regent Park School of Music, TAIE International Institute, St. Paul Catholic School, Regent Park/Duke of York Public School, Nelson Mandela Park Public School and the Lord Dufferin Junior and Senior Public School. It is also located a short drive away to the Riverdale Farm, the Phoenix Concert Theatre, Yonge-Dundas Square, the CF Toronto Eaton Centre, S. Lawrence Market and the Allan Gardens.
